The Belgian band WIEGEDOOD has firmly established itself in recent years as a leading name in the European black metal scene. In Rock Herk, the band is also a well-known presence on the program. In 2025, WIEGEDOOD will tour again! This time, their album trilogy; De Doden Hebben Het Goed, will be at the forefront. These albums were released between 2015 and 2018, in memory of a close friend who passed away too soon. Musically, this trilogy is characterized by crushing, ominous black metal sounds, occasionally some doom-like elements.
