Rock Herk stands for togetherness, coziness, and hospitality. We all want to enjoy the largest smallest festival in the country. We do this as one big family, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, culture, religion, ethnicity, or disability.

We also want to ensure that everyone, every employee/visitor/artist, feels safe and welcome.

Rock Herk informs and raises awareness. Our focus is on safe traffic, healthy eating, responsible substance use, respecting your own and others' boundaries, and much more. Be sure to check out our banners, screens, and posters on the festival grounds.

Moreover, Rock Herk respects the law. We expect responsible behavior from festival-goers, our employees, and artists. 'We Care A Lot' is a story of togetherness, of shared responsibility. Take care of yourself and your friends.

NEW: WE CARE A LOT EMERGENCY NUMBER

Rock Herk is introducing an emergency number where unsafe situations, (sexual) harassment, and/or urgent medical assistance can be reported. Trained RH staff are available during the festival 24/7, without judgment. You can reach them at 0489 01 67 37 or via the QR code for a WhatsApp chat. Additionally, if you wish, you can have a face-to-face conversation with these staff members at Billie, the Rock Herk Safe Space. You can also go directly to the first aid post for medical and/or psychological assistance.

NEW: WE CARE A LOT PREVENTION BOOTH

Rock Herk has many new well-being partners. One of these partners, Safe ‘n Sound, can be found on the festival grounds at the Dansbaar. They provide information and raise awareness about substance use, as well as visitor well-being, with a focus on safe partying. You can have an informative conversation with peers (trained volunteers from the party scene) and find free earplugs and condoms, flyers, information brochures, and more. The earplugs are also available at the information point and merchandise stand. Additionally, Rock Herk works closely with the well-being heroes from Integra, 1712, the Limburg Care Center after Sexual Violence, Sensoa, the Flemish Expertise Center for Alcohol and Other Drugs, the Flemish Red Cross, the Limburg Regional Police Department, and the South-West Limburg Fire Department.

Stay Safe at Rock Herk!

Let's keep you up to date
