Crouch

Crouch is a three piece band consisting of Wim Coppers (Wiegedood, Oathbreaker, Rise And Fall, Living Gate etc) on drums, Jasper Hollevoet (Ventilateur) on bass and Levy Seynaeve (Wiegedood, Oathbreaker, ex-Amenra, Living Gate etc) on guitars and vocals. Crouch saw the day of light in 2023 through the self-released EP “Crouch”. Since its release, the band have toured with Russian circles and played support slots for the likes of Botch, High On Fire, Cave In etc. and appeared at renowned festivals like Roadburn, Rock Herk, Desert Fest. Ready to take the next step in their journey as a band, Crouch is proud to present its first full length record entitled “Breaking The Catatonic State”. Where the self-titled EP drew a lot of influence from sludgy bands like Crowbar, Sumac and Neurosis. “Breaking The Catatonic State” has shifted drastically towards the more progressive side of late 90’s, early 2000’s, heavy music rooted in punk hardcore. Citing bands as Knut, Burnt By The Sun, Botch, Coalesce etc. to be the focus influence.
