Brihang proves himself a masterful chronicler of his own life, with observations that everyone - with or without children - can identify with. Brihang still cannot be compared to anything or anyone else, a relief in times when tried and tested formulas and all-powerful algorithms rule the roost. He remains clearly anchored with one leg in hip-hop, though the genre's founding fathers never dreamed 50 years ago that it could one day evolve into this form. His tours in Belgium and the Netherlands sold out everywhere in no time and Brihang experienced a masterful festival summer with passages at the country's very biggest festivals.
